Recently, we partnered with Davidson County Senior Services to host a Brain Bootcamp for residents! At the two-day seminar, attendees learned a variety of techniques to support memory retention and brain health in the face of aging. Christie Smith, manager of DCSS, led the class in doing puzzles, word games, and other activities and exercises to stay sharp and stay social. The class was incredibly informative, and our residents had lots of fun giving their brains a workout for good health! #piedmontcrossing #seniorliving #RetirementCommunity #MentalSharpness #brainhealth #learnforlife #thomasvillenc ...
